Prices, payment methods, delivery times, refunds and cancellations for services provided by Quadra Code FZCO.
These terms apply to every purchase of services from QUADRA CODE - FZCO (Licence No. 65349, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE). They complement the written agreement signed for each engagement. Where the two differ, the signed agreement prevails.
All prices on this website are stated in euro (EUR) and exclude VAT. We state this exclusion deliberately: our services are supplied to businesses and, for customers outside the UAE, they are exports of services. For customers established in the UAE, VAT of 5% is added and the VAT-inclusive total is shown before you pay. The final price of every engagement is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
QC Insight can be paid by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our payment provider Stripe. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure payment page. Quadra Code never receives or stores full card numbers. Card payments are charged in EUR.
QC Insight is delivered as a written implementation blueprint within 5 business days from kickoff. Kickoff is the business day after we have received both the payment and the inputs we request from you (access, documents, interview slots). If we expect a delay, we tell you by email before the deadline and agree a new date with you.
You may cancel QC Insight free of charge at any time before kickoff, and we refund the full amount. After kickoff, the work is already in progress and the fee is non-refundable, unless we fail to deliver the blueprint and cannot agree a new delivery date with you, in which case we refund the full amount. If the delivered blueprint does not cover the agreed scope, we re-perform the missing part at no cost or refund the corresponding share of the fee. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
QC Genesis, QC Rescue, QC Engine and QC Premium are provided under a separate written agreement. They are invoiced in milestones and paid by bank transfer. They cannot be paid by card. Delivery times, acceptance criteria, cancellation rights and refunds for these programs are set out in the signed agreement.
The QC Engine monthly fee is invoiced in advance for each month and paid by bank transfer. Either party may end the monthly service with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded; no further fees are charged after the notice period ends.
The money-back guarantee on Insight Rescue applies when the delivered diagnosis identifies fewer than three concrete operational levers. To claim it, notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the diagnosis. We then refund the Insight Rescue fee in full within 10 business days. The guarantee does not apply to the Intervention phase.
You receive a tax invoice for every payment, issued by QUADRA CODE - FZCO with our tax registration number (TRN 105088941700001) and sent by email. For card payments, Stripe additionally emails you a payment receipt.
Orders placed and paid through this website, and agreements signed electronically, are binding contracts. Electronic records and signatures are recognised under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.
To make a complaint, write to info@quadra-code.com or call +971 50 783 8478. We confirm receipt within two business days, give your complaint a reference number and send you our decision within 10 business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we resolve most issues directly. If we cannot agree, you may contact the Consumer Protection department of the UAE Ministry of Economy on 800 1222 or Dubai's consumer protection line on 600 545555. For personal data matters you may contact the UAE Data Office.
We do not provide services to persons or companies located in countries or regions subject to UN, EU, UK or US sanctions, including Russia, and to anyone on those sanctions lists. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, where these restrictions apply.
